ABOUT
HEARTS OF EDUCATION LLC
Hearts of Education LLC began in 2004 as the vision of a mother that saw the need for a bridge between concepts presented at school and student comprehension. She began to create a model for effective supplemental education.
Lakeithia Walker began Hearts of Education as a preschool curriculum hoping to provide students with early academic intervention opportunities. As she saw the need for additional academic support in the upper levels of the academic community - middle and high school - she began to broaden the scope of student development.

Hearts of Education Academic Tutoring provides the intervention tools and techniques for student academic success through the use of auditory, visual, and tactile manipulatives to address the academic deficit.

The meta-analysis also showed that tutoring programs have positive effects on children who serve as tutors. Like the children they helped, the tutors gained a better understanding of and developed more positive attitudes toward the subject matter covered in the tutorial program
